QA Specialist – Digital Marketing (US Market)
Role Overview
We are hiring a QA Specialist with strong experience in digital marketing operations, systems auditing, and process validation. This role is responsible for ensuring quality across campaign execution, CRM workflows, automation systems, and reporting infrastructure.
You will work across multiple departments (Ads, Web, SEO, AI, CRM) to identify gaps, enforce standards, and improve operational efficiency.
Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 4–5 years of QA experience in a digital marketing agency environment
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with US-based clients/campaigns
- Strong understanding of:
- Paid Ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
- SEO workflows
- Website QA (UI/UX, performance, tracking)
- CRM & automation tools
- Proven ability to audit, document, and improve cross-functional workflows
Technical QA Responsibilities
Campaign & Marketing QA
- Validate campaign setup accuracy (targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking parameters)
- Audit conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, pixels, events, GA4)
- Ensure proper implementation of:
- UTM structures
- Funnel tracking
- Attribution models
- Review landing pages for:
- UX/UI consistency
- Page speed & responsiveness
- Conversion optimization readiness
Web & Technical QA
- Perform QA on websites before and after deployment:
- Cross-browser/device compatibility
- Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Broken links, redirects, schema validation
- Validate tracking scripts, APIs, and integrations
- Coordinate with dev teams to resolve technical defects
CRM & Automation QA
- Audit CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, etc.) for:
- Data integrity & field mapping
- Lead lifecycle accuracy
- Pipeline consistency
- Validate automation workflows:
- Email sequences
- Trigger logic & conditions
- API/webhook integrations
- Identify data leaks, duplication, and workflow inefficiencies
Data & Reporting QA
- Validate dashboards and reports for:
- Data accuracy across platforms
- Consistency between ad platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
- Perform reconciliation checks between:
- Ad spend vs reported conversions
- CRM data vs campaign data
- Build and maintain QA checklists, audit logs, and documentation
Process & Quality Management
- Define and enforce QA frameworks, SOPs, and audit systems
- Develop standardized QA checklists across departments
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Ensure all deliverables meet client and US market quality standards
Strategic Responsibilities
- Translate operational workflows into measurable QA benchmarks
- Align QA processes with departmental KPIs and business goals
- Proactively identify risks in:
- Campaign performance
- System workflows
- Data accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Tools & Technical Skills
- Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Ads Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp
- SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- QA/Tracking: Tag debugging tools, browser dev tools, heatmaps
- Basic understanding of:
- HTML/CSS/JS (for debugging)
- APIs & webhooks
Team & Ownership Expectations
- Act as the final quality gate before delivery
- Provide clear, actionable feedback across teams
- Enforce quality standards and reject subpar outputs
- Mentor teams on QA best practices
- Take full ownership of quality outcomes
