We have reinstated every eligible Google Business Profile that has come to us. That is our record. Before you pay a dollar, we will tell you if your case is not eligible, and if it is, we will get it done. No exceptions.
We have successfully reinstated 100s of profiles. If your profile is eligible, we get it done; we do not stop until it is. One-time flat fee. No retainers.
Every day your Google Business Profile is down:
Google won’t tell you why you were suspended. They just pull the plug. Most business owners spend weeks submitting appeals, getting nowhere.
We know exactly what Google wants to see. We bypass the AI bots, fix the compliance violations, and deal directly with Google to get your business back on the map, fast.
You’ve submitted appeals and heard nothing back.
You’re not sure why it was suspended in the first place.
You’re losing local visibility and leads every single day.
Google’s automated support process feels impossible to break through.
We perform a forensic analysis of your profile history, dashboard data, and compliance mismatches to pinpoint the exact algorithmic trigger or policy violation that led to your suspension.
We fix hidden data violations, resolve NAP inconsistencies, and build an ironclad evidence packet using official US entity and utility documents to perfectly prove your business’s legitimacy.
Google enforces a strict 60-minute countdown for uploading evidence once an appeal is initiated. We manage this high-stakes, time-critical window with absolute precision. One shot, done perfectly.
We don’t just submit and wait. Our team actively tracks Google’s backlogged support queues daily and handles necessary escalations until your local visibility and map leads are fully restored.

What documentation do you need from me to prove our business is legitimate?
Google requires official proof to lift a suspension. Typically, we will need a recent utility bill (electric, water, or internet) or a lease agreement showing your exact business name and address. Additionally, we look for government-issued documents such as your Articles of Organization (LLC/Inc), an IRS EIN confirmation letter, or an official state business license. During our initial audit, we will provide you with a precise, custom checklist tailored to your suspension type so we can submit a strong evidence packet on the first attempt.
How long does the reinstatement process usually take?
Once we correct the underlying violations and submit the official appeal through Google’s merchant workflow, standard automated review times typically take 5 to 14 business days. However, if Google denies the initial appeal, requests additional info, or if the violation is highly complex, the review queue can extend to 4 to 6 weeks for manual escalation. We don’t just submit and pray; we actively monitor Google’s support channels and escalate the ticket the moment it stalls.
Should we just create a new Google Business Profile while we wait?
Absolutely not. Creating a new, duplicate listing while your primary profile is suspended is a direct violation of Google’s Deceptive Content policies. It acts as an immediate red flag for their automated spam algorithms, which can result in a permanent blacklist for your business name and website domain. Leave the current profile exactly as it is, do not make frantic edits, and let us fix the root issue safely.
Will this suspension hurt our organic website SEO rankings?
It won’t drop your website’s traditional organic rankings on standard Google search results, but it completely erases your Local Pack and Maps visibility. You instantly disappear from local map-based searches, phone calls, and direction requests. While your website might technically still be indexed, every day your profile remains suspended, your direct local competitors steal your leads and capture your market share.
How does this affect our Local Services Ads (LSA) or Google Ads?
A GBP suspension is devastating for Local Services Ads (LSAs). Because LSAs are fundamentally linked to your Google Business Profile, a suspension will typically pause your active ads or strip away your Google Screened or Google Guaranteed badge entirely.
Standard Google Ads can still run, but without a verified profile, you lose your Location Extensions, and your local ad performance will plummet. Reinstating your profile isn’t just about Maps; it’s about protecting your entire digital ad spend and lead flow.
Why did our profile get suspended in the first place? We didn’t change anything!
Google relies heavily on automated AI sweeps to combat spam, which frequently results in completely legitimate businesses getting caught in the crossfire. The most common triggers include making seemingly harmless edits (like changing your hours or phone number), automated, industry-wide sweeps (highly common in contracting, legal, and home services), or hidden policy violations such as using a virtual office address or a slight mismatch between your legal name and your GBP name. During our deep-dive audit, we reverse-engineer exactly what triggered your suspension so we can permanently fix it.

Client acknowledges that Google LLC ("Google") is an entirely independent third-party network. The ultimate decision to lift a suspension, reinstate a map listing, or adjust search visibility parameters rests solely within Google's automated merchant workflows and manual support queues. Digilatics LLC utilizes industry-standard compliance best practices but does not exercise internal control over Google's corporate policies, backend algorithms, support personnel, or review queues.
Because Google's fraud detection systems are highly sensitive, any parallel modifications or conflicting activities can cause a permanent ban. To protect the integrity of the case, the Client agrees to the following strict operational terms. Any breach of these rules will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund:
No Parallel Communications: You must not submit independent support requests, open separate follow-up tickets, or initiate parallel appeals directly with Google while Digilatics LLC is actively managing your active case.
No Dashboard Alterations: You must not change business names, primary categories, addresses, phone numbers, or operational data within your GBP dashboard without explicit, written instruction from our team.
No Duplicate Profile Creation: You must not attempt to bypass an active suspension by creating a new, duplicate Google Business Profile for the same business entity, phone number, or physical location during the project cycle.
Document Readiness & The 60-Minute Deadline: You agree to provide authentic, un-manipulated real-world business documents (e.g., utility bills, business licenses, tax registrations, or photos of permanent signage) required by Google to prove your legitimacy. You acknowledge that Google enforces a strict 60-minute window to upload evidence once an appeal is triggered; you agree to have all required documentation fully prepared and provided to Digilatics LLC prior to the appeal submission phase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digilatics LLC, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of local business revenue, drops in inbound phone call volume, loss of keyword or Map Pack rankings, or the removal of historical customer reviews during the timeframe your profile remains suspended by Google. Our total aggregate liability under any circumstances shall never exceed the total fee paid by you to Digilatics LLC for this specific project.
Digilatics LLC respects your operational privacy. All sensitive corporate documentation provided to us (such as utility bills, corporate filings, or tax papers) will be handled securely, treated as strictly confidential, and utilized solely for direct submission to Google Support networks to fulfill your reinstatement case.
These Terms, and all claims, disputes, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Services, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms must be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in or serving Centre County, Pennsylvania. Both parties hereby unconditionally consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Prior to initiating any formal legal remedies, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through mutual, good-faith negotiation.
