Position Overview:

The Sales Development Executive will be a part of the Sales Development Team, which serves as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is instrumental in driving the company’s growth by focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads, and appointment setting. The SDR will ensure a seamless process of identifying opportunities, gathering client insights, and handing off qualified leads to the relevant department to close. SDR will ensure that they fulfill their OKRs & KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching prospects, understanding client pain points, and documenting actionable insights.
  • Look/Filter out companies in the niche that we are targeting and who fit our ICP but are behind in digital marketing standpoint. 
  • Prepare audit reports for prospects’ websites, SEO, etc by using various tools
  • Verify contact information and ensure accuracy. 
  • Outreach the prospects (after qualification) via email & LinkedIn outreach efforts.
  • Proactively work on achieving the daily, weekly & monthly targets.
  • Ensure Timely/ regular follow-up on the outreach efforts with the prospects.
  • Ensure quality of the leads while setting up the appointments. 
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure qualified leads are effectively transitioned and that feedback loops are in place to improve lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach messaging with current campaigns and to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Practice a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the Sales Development Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Non Negotiables:

  • Understanding of the US market and business culture.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and understand their needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

08:00 AM –  05:00 PM  EST – (Mon-Fri) 

  • Hybrid Shift for Females: Female employees can leave the office around  09:00 PM and complete the remainder of their shift remotely from home.
  • Time is subject to change to accommodate things like daylight savings
