Role Summary:

As our Senior Creative Designer, you’ll lead the creative charge—from bold visuals to thumb-stopping video ads. You’ll shape high-impact content for paid ads, SEO graphics, website visuals, and digital platforms. But your role goes beyond creation—you’ll guide, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional experts (SEO, Paid Ads, Web, Social Media, and Content), and deliver visual stories that convert clicks into customers..

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example. Mentor and review the work of junior designers and editors with care and clarity.
  • Train the future. Conduct sessions to upskill the team on design trends, smart tools, and creative hacks.
  • Raise the bar. Ensure every asset meets (and exceeds) our visual and branding standards.
  • Partner with impact. Work hand-in-hand with department heads to align creative needs and streamline workflows.
  • Create magic. Design visually irresistible graphics for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and display networks.
  • Craft SEO-friendly visuals for blogs, landing pages, and websites.
  • Develop digital assets for social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Keep it cohesive. Ensure consistent style, typography, layout, and tone across all visual touchpoints.
  • Edit like a pro. Cut and polish video content (short-form + long-form) for multiple platforms and use cases.
  • Animate and elevate. Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and more.
  • Work smarter. Leverage AI tools and modern software like CapCut to boost efficiency without sacrificing creativity.
  • Format with flair. Optimize video assets for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.
  • Juggle with grace. Deliver on time, manage feedback loops, and meet multiple deadlines with a calm head.
  • Stay ahead. Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest design and video trends—then bring that edge to our strategy.
  • Stay organized. Manage assets like a digital librarian—clean, clear, and easy to find.
  • And of course… Be ready for any creative mission tossed your way by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing (preferably in an agency environment).
  • At least 3+ years of experience in making graphics for a USA-based audience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Descript, or AI-powered platforms.
  • Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for digital and web-based graphics.
  • Bonus: Experience in animation, Lottie files, and HTML5 creatives.

Soft Skills:

  • Natural team leader with great communication and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, ever-evolving digital environments.

Working Hours:

05:00 PM – 02:00 AM PST – (Mon-Fri)

  • Hybrid Shift for Females: Female employees can leave the office around  09:00 PM and complete the remainder of their shift remotely from home.
  • Time is subject to change to accommodate things like daylight saving and Ramadan.
