Digilatics is a dynamic and innovative agency dedicated to crafting compelling digital content. We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our vibrant team. In this dual role, you will create high-quality graphics and engaging video content for paid ads and digital platforms while contributing to social media content and other exciting video projects. Your creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in AI-powered tools alongside traditional editing software will be instrumental in our mission.
Job Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos tailored for various social media platforms.
- Enhance videos with effects, transitions, sound, and color correction to support effective storytelling.
- Design engaging and creative videos aligned with current social media trends.
- Produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, social media, and corporate branding.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Work on both short-form and long-form video content as needed.
- Optimize videos for various digital platforms, including social media and websites.
Graphic Design:
- Design Meta Ads that effectively capture audience attention and drive conversions through visual storytelling.
- Create social media assets, including graphics and promotional materials for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Develop brand-aligned graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials such as brochures, packaging, posters, and advertisements.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms.
Workflow Management:
- Organize and manage video assets and design files to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation to ensure innovative outputs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns that captivate target audiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience in both graphic design and video editing, including creative storytelling and motion graphics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with CapCut and AI-generated video tools.
- Strong understanding of optimizing video and graphic content for diverse platforms and audiences.
- Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience in animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Working Hours:
05:00 PM – 02:00 AM PST – (Mon-Fri)
- Hybrid Shift for Females: Female employees can leave the office around 09:00 PM and complete the remainder of their shift remotely from home.
- Time is subject to change to accommodate things like daylight savings
