Position Overview:
We seek highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Cold Callers/Appointment Setters. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our digital marketing services, specifically SEO and GMB. This is an onsite position based in our Lahore office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our digital marketing services.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their potential fit for our services.
- Overcome objections and build rapport with potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss client needs in detail.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead information in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A deep understanding of SEO and GMB services is a plus.
