As a Social Media Manager at Digilatics, you will create, manage, and optimize social media content to captivate and grow our online community.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies that boost our brand’s visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. This position involves a strong focus on crafting engaging posts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of social media trends. You’ll have the chance to apply and refine your skills in social media advertising and audience interaction while leveraging the latest tools and best practices.

As a key member of Digilatics’ marketing team, you will enhance our social media presence and contribute to our overall brand strategy. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior social media team members, fostering their growth and development.

Skills Required

  • At least 5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience working with US companies and a deep understanding of the US market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative writing and advanced vocabulary.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
