Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Digilatics, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for designing visually appealing and compelling graphics to support our largest accounts. Your work will directly impact our clients’ online presence and brand recognition. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of marketers, content creators, and web developers to produce captivating design assets.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create high-quality visual content for various digital marketing platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertisements.
Branding
Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity for our clients’ brands, ensuring that all design materials align with their brand guidelines.
Content Creation
Produce eye-catching graphics for blog posts, infographics, e-books, and other content marketing materials.
Social Media Graphics
Design graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
Advertising Campaigns
Design display ads, banners and other promotional materials for online advertising campaigns, optimizing them for different platforms.
Web Design
Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, and user interface elements that enhance the user experience.
Client Collaboration
Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences, and incorporate feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay Current
Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practicespractives to continually improve the quality and impact of our designs.
Ideal Candidate
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Portfolio
A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, including examples of digital marketing materials.
Software Proficiency
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Creativity
Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
Time Management
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Communication
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Adaptability
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Digital Marketing Knowledge
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies is a plus.
