Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with American clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage digital marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
- Work according to USA Eastern Time to align with American business hours, ensuring seamless communication.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service or client management role, preferably dealing with American clients.
Required Skills:

- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

- Flexibility to work according to USA Eastern Time.
Job Working Hours:
