We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in crafting seamless, visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in digital marketing agencies and is skilled at designing high-conversion landing pages, mobile-responsive interfaces, and user-centric solutions. This role demands creative problem-solving, attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of both user behavior and marketing performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
  • Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Apply UX best practices, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards to all projects.
  • Conduct and evaluate user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design improvements.
  • Design high-converting landing pages tailored for specific campaigns and audiences.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design specifications/documentation as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
  • Contribute to internal UI/UX guidelines, design systems, and workflow improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill the team on the latest tools, techniques, and trends.
  • Maintain a high standard of creative output aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand creative needs and manage workflows.
  • Maintain consistency in style, typography, layout, and tone across all creative materials.
  • Use AI tools and innovative editing software to optimize production time without compromising creativity.
  • Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple deadlines and requests.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, bringing innovation to our current strategy.
  • Use organized systems to manage files, creative assets, and feedback loops efficiently.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Certifications or coursework in UX design, interaction design, or conversion optimization are a plus.

Technical Skills

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile design projects, landing pages, and conversion-driven assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Prototyping, Component Systems), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design strategies and behavioral analytics tools (like Hotjar or Google Optimize) is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to explain design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Comfortable designing for CMS-based platforms (WordPress knowledge preferred).
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS basics) to bridge the design-dev gap is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on Experience in working for  USA-based audience is a plus

  • Ensure the team adheres to performance standards, deadlines, and campaign best practices.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients and lead weekly/monthly performance reviews.
  • Take complete ownership of your performance, ensuring a direct impact on client business outcomes through strategic actions.
