Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Community Management Intern to support our social media presence by engaging with online communities, assisting in content creation, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital culture, enjoys audience interaction, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in community and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms
  • Engage with audiences using culturally appropriate language aligned with American digital communication norms
  • Ensure community interactions reflect an understanding of U.S. audience tone, expressions, and online etiquette
  • Assist in creating social media content, including reels, stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes material
  • Support content shoots by capturing photos and short videos for social platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on ongoing campaigns
  • Track community feedback and share insights to improve engagement and content strategy
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across all interactions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written communication skills with an understanding of appropriate online engagement
  • Basic knowledge of content creation, including photography and short-form video
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
  • Design and format PowerPoint presentations for internal use
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and other documents using MS Word
