Position: Performance Marketing Intern
Location: Gulberg, Lahore.
Duration: 3 months

Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply performance marketing strategies across digital channels, gaining valuable insights and skills in areas such as paid advertising, analytics, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
  3. Help create and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to improve campaign performance and user experience.
  4. Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  5. Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.


  1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Strong interest in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and paid advertising.
  3. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. (prior experience is a plus).
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
