As the Quality Assurance (QA)manager at Digilatics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions to our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams which includes WEB, Design, SEO and content, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing QA processes, conducting test planning, executing test cases, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Manage the workflow of projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with different teams, including creative, design, copywriting, and client services, to ensure smooth project progression.

Timeline Management:

  • Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Test Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies.

Test Execution:

  • Execute test cases to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of digital marketing solutions.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, project managers, and clients, to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide QA insights and updates.

Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for test automation and work towards implementing automated testing processes.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, test cases, and QA processes.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in QA or related roles in a Marketing Agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and tracking technologies.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana etc.
